Due to the COVID-19 Coronavirus Pandemic and the free movement restrictions of our Inspectors, the Moller Group has already carried out Remote Inspections using the new digital technologies such as Live and Interactive Videos made jointly with the claimants. We have had a good experience in this regard, remotely inspecting the goods subject to the claim, giving the claimant different instructions to observe the details of the necessary damages that help us determine the amounts subject to the claim, possible causes of damage etc.
All these remote inspection processes are previously authorized by the Insurers and thus we can continue to provide the claims handling service without causing delays.
The experience lived up to the present date in this regard is important, since possibly in the future Remote Inspections will be implemented in some cases.
